  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS la decisi�n del 7 de abril de 2026 , por la cual el Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Cartagena declar� su falta de competencia para asumir el conocimiento de la acci�n de tutela presentada por Yonelis Mar�a Alian Rico contra Credijamar S.A. [17]
  2. SEGUNDO. REMITIR , por conducto de la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, el expediente ICC - 5391 al Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Cartagena para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisi�n a que haya lugar.
  3. TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Cartagena que, en lo sucesivo, se abstenga de apartarse del conocimiento de acciones de tutela con fundamento en las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 333 del 2021.
  4. CUARTO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 007 Penal Municipal de Cartagena que siempre que proponga un conflicto de competencia en materia de tutela, este debe ser resuelto por las autoridades judiciales establecidas en la Ley 270 de 1996 y conforme la jurisprudencia constitucional.
  5. QUINTO. Por la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR la decisi�n adoptada en esta providencia a la parte accionante y al Juzgado 007 Penal Municipal de Cartagena.
